I started coaching because I believe that everyone has the power to chart a path that brings them fulfillment. You’re the expert in your own experience, and the only architect capable of building the life you want. I’m here to be a supportive partner on your journey — with kindness, candor, professional insight, and my greatest asset — my own lived experience.

I know what it means to start over. I have tread different paths, shifted careers multiple times, and re-imagined my life with each new decade. I have been a textile designer, a UX designer, a Product Manager, and now a coach. I have been the only female employee in a factory in East Oakland, traveled cross-country to trade shows to sell my designs, used a Lyft as my temporary office, and worked in a high-rise in Gramercy Park with a team of 3 women in a 100-square-foot office. I’ve lived in 6 different major cities across the U.S. from coast to coast, and more homes than I can count.

I employ a coaching framework that applies to clients from all walks of life, regardless of industry, background, or identity. From executives to filmmakers to private investigators, my passion is helping clients reimagine what could be.
